We designed a telemedicine platform based on private medical services. We created a concept, and then designed the entire portal from the patient’s and doctor’s perspective in terms of UX and UI.

We started with a thorough analysis of the competition, examining 16 of the best services in the Polish telemedicine market. We studied both the business model and value proposition, as well as the actual use of services by patients.

We conducted research in the form of in-depth interviews with patients and medical personnel, as well as workshops with business representatives.
We designed an intuitive navigation
Emphasizing seamless registration and login to the service, quick appointment scheduling based on suggestions, managing personal data and medical documentation. We also included preparing the patient for the visit through an online medical interview.
Version of the service
for medical staff
We focused on full convenience for medical staff, creating a dedicated version of the portal with a clear schedule of scheduled consultations, patient overview and medical documentation with the option of adding notes, as well as a chat interface for conducting online consultations.
